The venue network
There are many possible settings around the bay: private or semi-private terraces, hidden coves and long beaches, tropical gardens, the river island, oceanfront villas, a mountain town. Behind them sits a network of places and people that keeps growing as new agreements are signed.
I keep looking for new places, getting to know them in person and making alliances with the people who run them, so you have variety and availability.

Pre-designed experiences carry all of this inside the planning. Nothing here is a surprise fee added later.
Styling with florals and candles designed for the setting, plus a bouquet of 24 roses. Setup and breakdown are on me, so you walk into something already finished.
One hour of professional photography with 20 chosen and professionally edited photos, delivered within 15 days. It sits inside the planning, never as a separate fee.
I help you book dinner or the celebration after the yes, and coordinate the timing so nothing reveals itself early. What your package covers is written into your quote.
In the pre-designed packages, transport is included whenever the setting is inside Puerto Vallarta proper. I arrange the private transfer from where you are staying to the setting and back. Settings outside Puerto Vallarta, such as Nuevo Nayarit, Bucerias, Sayulita or Cabo Corrientes, are quoted separately before anything is confirmed.
Live music, video, extended photo coverage, a second shooter, a private chef. I coordinate all of it inside the same planning, and each one is quoted on top of what the package already covers.
The price is built around a real place and a real date. Pre-designed package pricing is built around a specific setting and a specific creative team, and depends on their availability for your date. If they are booked, I source the best alternatives and show you the options and pricing before anything is confirmed. No price changes without your approval.

A proposal in Puerto Vallarta is also a trip. I help you shape it from before the flight is booked, so the dates, the stay and the timings sit around the moment, not the other way around. The goal is a complete experience, not only the hour of the proposal.
I tell you which dates to aim for and which to avoid: high season, festivals, the best light. The date is chosen around the moment.
I help you choose the zone and the lodging based on the setting and the plan, and fit the first days in without rushes.
I reserve the place, the hours and the vendors, and check what each venue asks for before a proposal happens.
We line up the arrival, the transfer, the setup and dinner. You only have to show up.
If you want to celebrate, I build it: dinner, a party or an extra day. Your photos arrive edited in 15 days.
I don't sell flights or hotels. I tell you what suits you before you book, so the trip doesn't undo the plan.
