How I plan the most important question of your life.
We find your story
Send me a short message with your dates, where you're traveling from, and what you imagine. I respond within 4 hours, 7 days a week. The design follows the story, never a template.
We meet on a video call
Free 30-minute planning call. I learn about your partner, your story, what they love, what they'd hate. I take notes you'd be embarrassed by.
I design your experience
Within 5 days I send a custom proposal: setting, vendors, mood-board, timeline, total investment, and the add-ons (photo, video, music) you want to layer on. Two rounds of revisions included.
You confirm with 50% at booking
50% reserves the date and lets me lock in the photographer, florals, venue and vendors on your behalf. The remaining 50% is due 7 days before the proposal.
We refine in the weeks before
I'll be in touch every 2 weeks. We tighten the timeline, choose the music, pick the menu, write the toast.
Day-before walkthrough
I personally walk the setting, confirm with every vendor, and check the weather window. You and I do a final video call.
Day-of
I'm on-site from setup to wrap. You only worry about hiding the ring.
After
If you chose the photography add-on, your gallery is delivered within 10 days. I send a follow-up email with everything you'll want to remember.
Sample timeline
From booking, to "yes."
8–12 weeks before
First call, story session, design, 50% booking deposit, setting locked.
4 weeks before
Vendor confirmations, menu finalized, ring details, add-ons confirmed.
7 days before
Final 50% balance, last design tweaks, weather backup.
3 days before
Walkthrough call, packing list, surprise plan rehearsal.
Day-of
I run the show. You ask. The story plays out.
