What's included in my planning
Everything I take care of.
Florals, photography, food and transportation all sit inside my planning, along with the extra details you choose. What each one covers is listed in your written quote before anything is booked.
Florals and styling+
Styling with florals and candles designed for the setting, plus a bouquet of 24 roses. Setup and breakdown are on me, so you walk into something already finished.
Photography+
One hour of professional photography with 20 chosen and professionally edited photos, delivered within 15 days. It sits inside the planning, never as a separate fee.
Food and celebration+
I help you book dinner or the celebration after the yes, and coordinate the timing so nothing reveals itself early. What your package covers is written into your quote.
Transportation+
In the pre-designed packages, transport is included whenever the setting is inside Puerto Vallarta proper. I arrange the private transfer from where you are staying to the setting and back. Settings outside Puerto Vallarta, such as Nuevo Nayarit, Bucerias, Sayulita or Cabo Corrientes, are quoted separately before anything is confirmed.
The extra details you chose+
Live music, video, extended photo coverage, a second shooter, a private chef. I coordinate all of it inside the same planning, and each one is quoted on top of what the package already covers.

Pre-designed experiences include design, planning, coordination, styling with florals and candles, a bouquet of 24 roses, and one hour of professional photography with 20 edited images delivered within 15 days. 50% holds your date; the remaining 50% is due 7 days before.
Pre-designed package pricing is built around a specific setting and a specific creative team, and depends on their availability for your date. If they are booked, I source the best alternatives and show you the options and pricing before anything is confirmed. No price changes without your approval.
