Most couples reach out 8–16 weeks ahead. Custom story-driven experiences benefit from 3–4 months. I do occasionally take last-minute proposals if my calendar allows. Just ask.

Experiences start from $800 USD and scale up depending on the setting, the story, and the add-ons chosen. The base price covers the design, planning, coordination, styling, florals, and the experience itself. Photography, video and music are chosen separately as add-ons, because every couple builds their experience differently.

Photography from $500 USD (two-hour session, edited gallery within 10 days). Videography from $800 USD (highlight reel or mini-film). Live music from $500 USD (45 minutes, violinist, guitarist, mariachi, or saxophonist). These are starting prices for the most-requested add-ons; I can quote extended coverage on request.

50% at booking reserves the date and lets me lock in the photographer, florals, venue and vendors on your behalf. The remaining 50% is due 7 days before the proposal. Bank transfer, wire, or Stripe link.

Yes. the second 50% can be split into 2 or 3 installments leading up to the date.

I plan for weather from the very beginning. Based on the season and the month you're proposing, I recommend the location that gives you the best, most weather-proof setting from the start, so rain is far less likely to be a factor. For outdoor experiences I also watch the forecast in the days leading up, and we confirm together before the day.

We use a code phrase, a fake itinerary, and zero paper trail in your room. I have done this many, many times.

Of course. If your experience includes a private chef, just send me a note in your inquiry (vegan, gluten-free, allergies, dislikes) and the chef builds the menu around it. If you didn't book a chef, I'll give you a personal list of restaurants that suit your dietary needs, perfect for celebrating right after the proposal.

Yes. I arrange private transfers to and from your hotel as part of coordinating your experience. The arranging is included; the transportation fare itself is quoted separately so you only pay for what your route actually costs.
