Planning & Booking
How far in advance should I book?+
Most couples reach out 8–16 weeks ahead. The custom and Punta Mita tiers benefit from 3–4 months. I do occasionally take last-minute proposals if my calendar allows — just ask.
What's your typical pricing?+
Experiences range from $900 USD for the rooftop to $3,500+ USD for Punta Mita luxury. Prices include all planning, coordination, photography, florals, and the experience itself. Add-ons are optional.
How does payment work?+
30% deposit holds the date. The remaining 70% is due 14 days before. Bank transfer, wire, or Stripe link.
Do you offer payment plans?+
Yes — I'm happy to split the balance into 2–3 installments leading up to the date.
What if I need to reschedule?+
Free reschedule with 14+ days notice. Inside 14 days, I'll do everything I can to move vendors with you.
The Day Of
What if it rains?+
Every booking includes a weather plan. For outdoor experiences I monitor the forecast for 7 days prior and we make the call together 48 hours out.
How do you keep the surprise from my partner?+
We use a code phrase, a fake itinerary, and zero paper trail in your room. I have done this many, many times.
Can my partner have any food restrictions?+
Always — vegan, gluten-free, allergies, dislikes. Send me a note in your inquiry and the chef builds around it.
What if my partner is shy / doesn't like big productions?+
Then you've come to the right planner. My favorite proposals are the quiet ones. We'll scale the production to fit them.
Logistics
Do you arrange transportation?+
Yes — private transfers to and from your hotel are included on most experiences.
Do I need to be a hotel guest somewhere?+
No. I work with couples staying anywhere from boutique hotels to vacation rentals to nothing at all.
What if we're flying in just for this?+
I help with hotel recommendations and a soft itinerary for the days around it.
Do you work with same-sex couples?+
Absolutely yes. Many of my favorite proposals.
