A note from Olivia.
The right place. The right moment. Planned by someone who has been quietly doing this for years.
I started in hospitality at 23. Spent a decade at Amaca Hotel in Puerto Vallarta — first as concierge, then eight years as Operations Manager. Inside that role I helped hundreds of guests propose without their partner suspecting a thing: the hidden champagne, the path of petals after dinner, the photographer tucked behind a palm. It was part of the service. I loved it.
In my free time I started doing the same for friends and family — purely por amor al arte. Again and again I'd meet couples who didn't know where to begin, what to ask for, or which detail would quietly unravel the whole moment. Between eight years running hotel operations, planning my own wedding, and hosting private themed parties almost every month, the work came naturally. My friends — and the photographers, florists and lancheros I'd worked with for a decade — kept telling me to make it formal. So I did.

I design the experience.
I propose locations, vendors, a ring-pop-ready timeline. You pick what feels like you two.
I handle every detail.
Photographer, flowers, food, transport, weather plan. You only worry about hiding the ring.
You ask. They say yes.
I disappear at the perfect moment. The photographer captures it. You both keep the photos forever.
